Damaged or Defective Items

To ensure the best possible experience with Zahrah by Zainab, we kindly request our customers to record a video while opening the package upon delivery. This video will serve as proof of the product's condition at the time of receipt.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at email is on – zahrahbyzainab@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

REFUND POLICY:

Cancellation before shipment.

Once the order is been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified, please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team zahrahbyzainab@gmail.com

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and refund your money within 3-4 business days.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

Refund Method: The refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as per our policy.

 

No returns accepted:

Due to the nature of our products being wearables, we prioritize the hygiene and safety of our customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

 

Size Exchange guidelines:

Finding the perfect fit can be a bit challenging. Therefore, we provide a standard size chart & measurements for all our products, minor adjustments/ alterations may be needed for a custom fit.

Size exchange is not available, kindly check the size chart carefully before purchase. 

 

How to Request an Exchange:

Contact Us: If the size of the product you received is different from what you have order, contact our customer service team zahrahbyzainab@gmail.com  within a specified period (e.g., 3 days) of receiving your product.

Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Exchange Process: After confirming your exchange request, you will be responsible for returning the product to us. The customer bears the return shipping costs.
